What is pizza krokante?
Krokant is the Dutch word for crispy. On the Mangia menu for Amstelveenseweg 63 and 65, krokante pizza is described in a few words: thin and crispy, sliced in four.

Neapolitan pizza and krokante pizza at Mangia
- Neapolitan pizza has a soft centre and a raised crust, the cornicione. You find it at Mangia on the Vijzelgracht and on the Amstelveenseweg.
- Krokante pizza is on the menu at Amstelveenseweg 63 and 65, described there as thin and crispy, sliced in four.

In the words of the REBELS menu, the pizzas are "inspired by traditional Italian cuisine and reimagined with our own modern touch, influenced by Amsterdam's vibrant and multicultural spirit".

Signature pizzas
- Domenica Napoletana: slow-cooked beef, onion, fiordilatte, carrots, pecorino cheese and basil. Marked on the menu as a customer choice.
- Pollo alla Cacciatora: chicken, San Marzano tomato sauce, black olives, confit cherry tomatoes, parmesan fondue, oregano and garlic.
- Zucca & Gorgonzola: pumpkin, gorgonzola, marinated pumpkin, mint and walnuts.

Cocktails and wine
The REBELS drinks menu lists cocktails such as the Tequila Peperone, Negroni, Aperol Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, Espresso Martini and Paloma, plus a 0% alcohol gin tonic. The wine list is all Italian, from a Falanghina and an Aglianico from Campania to Barolo from Piemonte.
For dessert, the menu has tiramisù and a daily dessert.
