Starters: Italian bites

• Montanarina (fried dough), focaccia & olio, arancino and crocché napoletano

Antipasti

• Bruschetta: homemade bread, cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil and extra virgin olive oil
• Caprese: buffalo mozzarella DOP, basil, tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil
• Parmigiana: slow-cooked San Marzano tomato sauce, fiordilatte, eggplant, basil and 24-month parmesan

Pizza

Traditional pizzas, from the Margherita with San Marzano tomato sauce, fiordilatte and basil to the Mortadella with ricotta, stracciatella and pistachio, plus seasonal pizzas and krokante pizzas: thin and crispy, sliced in four.

Pasta

Fresh pasta such as Carbonara and Puttanesca di Tonno, plus Gnocchi alla Sorrentina and Lasagna Bolognese.

Dessert

Tiramisù, the daily dessert or the Sweet Margherita with tomato jam and ricotta.
